To be eligible for return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
Custom-stitched or altered garments cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you may courier the item back to us at your own cost.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product. You may also choose to exchange the item for a different size or style, subject to availability.
